Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 2026. Last updated: August 21, 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wirelesswaveinternet.com (the “Site”) and any services offered by WirelessWave Internet (“WirelessWave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, submitting a service request, or signing up for communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Service description

WirelessWave Internet is an authorized reseller of home internet, fiber, cable, and 5G home broadband plans. We help residential and small-business customers in the United States compare plans, check availability, and connect with underlying internet service providers (“Providers”).

We do not own or operate the networks that deliver service. The Provider you select is solely responsible for installation, network performance, billing, technical support, and service-level agreements.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are located in the United States.
  • You provide accurate and complete information when requested.
  • You have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the household or business you represent.

4. Quotes and availability

Plan prices, speeds, features, and availability displayed on the Site are based on information provided by our partner Providers and are subject to change without notice. A quote or availability check is not a guarantee of service until the Provider confirms installation at your specific address.

Advertised prices may require autopay, paperless billing, automatic bank draft, or other conditions set by the Provider. Taxes, government fees, equipment rentals, installation charges, and one-time activation fees may apply and are not always included in quoted prices.

5. Orders and activation

When you place an order through WirelessWave, we transmit your information to the selected Provider to schedule installation and activate service. Final contract terms, including price, term length, data allowances, early-termination fees, and equipment policies, are between you and the Provider. You should review the Provider's customer agreement before authorizing installation.

6. Billing and payments

WirelessWave does not typically bill you directly for monthly internet service. The Provider will bill you according to its own billing cycle and payment terms. If WirelessWave collects any payment on behalf of a Provider, we will disclose the amount, purpose, and refund policy before processing the transaction.

Promotional rates usually expire after a defined period, after which standard rates apply. Prorated charges may appear on your first invoice depending on your installation date and the Provider's billing practices.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a service request before installation is completed by contacting us or the Provider directly. Cancellation policies, early-termination fees, and equipment-return requirements are governed by the Provider's terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WirelessWave or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of plan information, availability data, pricing, or Provider performance.

WirelessWave is not responsible for service outages, speed variations, data overages, equipment failures, or any other issues related to the Provider's network or service. You agree to direct such matters to the Provider.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WirelessWave and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Provider service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to WirelessWave for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WirelessWave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any Provider.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The revised Terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
